Austin's first lady of jazz

Pamela Hart is widely regarded as one of Austin, Texas' finest vocalists and has been honored as “Austin’s First Lady of Jazz” by Austin Women’s Magazine. Known for her impeccable intonation, grace, and style, Pamela draws deep inspiration from the great masters of jazz, particularly Billie Holiday. Her performances reflect Holiday’s emotional depth, with a passion and voicing all her own.

In 2018, Pamela was inducted into the Austin Jazz Society Hall of Fame, and in 2023, she was named Best Jazz Performer at the Black Music Awards – Houston. As the founder of the Women in Jazz Association, Inc., Pamela is also dedicated to fostering jazz education and community outreach.

Pamela is touring a Tribute to Lady Day:  The Music of Billie Holiday.
